David Weekley Homes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Tampa Division. This role will be a key player in assisting the Director of Marketing with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts and exceptional Homebuyer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team.Assist with planning and coordinating division events, including community events and team member gatherings.Monitor each community within the Tampa Division to ensure accurate signage, proper literature in model homes and mode home appearance.Help maintain the division’s online presence by checking for accuracy in listings, websites, and digital content.Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including distributing materials and coordinating with vendors when needed.Assist with tracking inventory of marketing materials, collater...
