Job Description

• To handle and assist with the following:
• Issuance of policies
• Servicing brokers and clients
• Reaching out to brokers
• Collecting and issuance of service invoices
• Pre-evaluating the underwriting documents
• Handling deliveries and record keeping
• Sending renewal notices and process renewals
• Updating the pipeline and communicating to other departments
• Focus on the turnaround time of issuance/endorsements, proper tagging of commission rates and commission remittance after being processed by Treasury Group and CWT from Accounting Group.
• Monitor and respond to email and calls
