Opportunity Description
We are looking for a proactive CRM Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives across digital channels. This role focuses on managing customer journeys, executing lifecycle campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to improve customer retention and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and messaging channels.
Develop and manage customer journey flows such as onboarding, retention, re engagement, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain customer databases and segmentation to ensure accurate and targeted messaging.
