Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to understand marketing needs and develop effective campaigns.
• Work with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize advertising and promotional activities.
• Monitor and track the marketing and advertising budget to ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee the prioritization of marketing initiatives and campaign execution timelines.
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with brand guidelines.
• Drive and implement brand awareness campaigns to enhance market presence.
• Review and update internal policies and procedures related to advertising and public relations.
• Manage internal communications, ensuring timely and effective messaging to employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong creative writing and presentation skills.
