• Track competitor promotions and marketing activity.
• Share insights on customer behaviour, local trends, and regional opportunities.
• Report on the performance of local campaigns and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, events, and community partnerships.

Brand Consistency & Compliance

Purpose: Ensure the branch reflects the brand accurately and consistently.

• Check that all in-store and digital materials follow brand guidelines.
• Maintain alignment with Head Office marketing standards.
• Verify that promotional pricing, messaging, and signage are correct and up to date.
