We are recruiting for a Marketing Enablement Associate role at a well-established, privately owned global investment management firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career at the intersection of marketing, client reporting, and financial services.


This is a hybrid role, 3-4 days in office.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc deliverables

• Maintaining and updating content on external websites and client-facing platforms

• Supporting relationship managers with client queries and reporting needs

• Collaborating with Technology teams on system enhancements and UAT

• Working within a Sales Enablement platform (Seismic) to build and optimize content

• Coordinating longer-term projects including financial statements and board reporting
