Opportunity Description
- Assist with event setup and breakdown , including tables, decorations, and promotional displays.
- Welcome and register guests , provide event materials, and answer questions.
- Support event activities such as prize draws, games , and other interactive promotions .
- Distribute promotional flyers, giveaways , and branded items to guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service , addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns on-site.
- Help collect and record guest data and participation metrics during events.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and promotional equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience in events management, coordination, or production (corporate, lifestyle, or VIP-focused events preferred).
