We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events and exhibits, including major trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating event logistics and booth setup
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, organizers, and internal teams
• Support the team during on-site event execution
• Help prepare materials and documentation for events

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to do field work during events
• Experience in marketing, events, or basic content creation is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Can start ASAP
