Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Marketing Communication
- Plan and execute end‑to‑to marketing communication campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and conversion; covering both online and offline deployments of Telco Cloud & Travel Alliance services.
- Work closely with and manage various stakeholders/external vendors by developing holistic 360 marketing programs to support business KPIs.
- Monitor progress of monthly marketing activities and prepare performance reports.
- Partner closely with Singtel CLM, Analytics and Brand team to increase conversions and take ups.
- Engage new and current customers through digital, social and database marketing.
- Closely partner and develop initiatives with MSTA team to strengthen brand presence, awareness, consideration and engagement within the app.
