Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will act as the on-ground brand lead for J1, helping shape how the property is seen, experienced, talked about, and remembered.

You will be responsible for building awareness, driving footfall, and growing community engagement through creative marketing initiatives, partnerships, activations, content, and cultural programming that reflect the Earth Hotels identity.

This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who understands hospitality, lifestyle culture, and modern community‑driven marketing. You should be equally comfortable planning a campaign, hosting a creator dinner, coordinating a shoot, building a local partnership, or bringing an activation to life on property.
