Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• To oversee, coordinate, and lead the entire marketing department of the strategic business unit;
• To create or develop and execute marketing plan and strategy in order to boost customer traffic, sales and/or profitability;
• To identify new or changes in existing PTM-Primary Target Market & PTC-Primary Target Competitors for continued shopper satisfaction & market competitiveness;
• To analyze, conceptualize and implement all marketing related activities to ensure customer patronage, sales turnover, market share and competitiveness, and buying frequency and recency;
• To identify shopper values and changing consumer needs thru gathering internal & external data (through 3rd party agencies, vendors, department initiative) and designs plans on customer loyalty & market leadership
