Marketing Platform Automation Associate Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Platform Automation Associate Manager to lead regional marketing activation programs across LATAM and EMEA. This role sits within Marketing Operations and focuses on campaign production excellence, automation strategy, and stakeholder management.

You will lead cross-functional POD teams and ensure high-quality, scalable campaign delivery through marketing automation platforms integrated with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional POD (data analysts, campaign builders, PMMs).
• Drive a predictable and scalable campaign execution cadence.
• Ensure alignment with regional marketing objectives.
• Manage intake via Program Intake Forms (PIF) and Copy Docs.
• Oversee build of:
