Marketing Trainee (Start ASAP)

Manage domestic and overseas sales, customer service, and promote products while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient sales processes.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle domestic and overseas sales and customer service for existing and new customers, building rapport and good relationships.
• Market and promote products and services.
• Manage credit and payment matters.
• Update relevant information related to customer purchase specifications.
• Monitor and track sales process for efficient closing and documentation within time frames.
• Coordinate with customers on artworks, samples, shipping, documentation, and country requirements.
• Liaise with other departments such as QA and warehouse on issues faced.
• Provide management with updates on market opportunities.
• Take additional responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior.
