Role Overview

The Marketplace Operations & Growth Manager will be responsible for establishing and

growing our presence on on-demand platforms such as Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others.

This role involves end-to-end management of the marketplace channels, from initial setup to

optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate

has a solid background in marketplace management, preferably with experience in D2C,

FMCG, or e-commerce, and is skilled in leveraging platform algorithms and data analytics to

enhance performance.
