Here, we're at the forefront of developing sophisticated analytical models crucial for pricing securities and effectively managing the Firm's market positions. This involves everything from mathematical research and model derivation, to coding, rigorous testing, and thorough documentation for formal validation, ultimately delivering these models to our Trading Desks and integrating them into the Firm's books and records systems. We also play a key role in the development of core tools, processes, and analytics, and we are committed to providing hands-on training through work on global financial technologies.
