**Pay Range: $26 – $35**

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.


**Responsibilities:**

+ Install firebrick and insulating brick
+ Perform castable refractory installations
+ Execute gunning/shotcrete tasks
+ Assist in tear-out and demolition
+ Mix refractory materials
+ Use mixers, saws, and trowels
+ Work in high-temperature environments
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas



**Requirements:**

+ 3+ years industrial refractory experience
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ OSHA 10
+ Reliable transportation
