Sign-On Bonus: $2,000!
We're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!
Bonus payout schedule:
+ $500 after 30 days of employment
+ $500 after 90 days
+ $1,000 after 6 months
To qualify, you must:
+ Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
+ Maintain solid attendance and performance
+ Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.
