Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and modules
- Produce engaging content and videos for training and company use
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions
- Assess employee performance and identify training needs
- Improve and update training processes based on feedback and results
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
- Ensure training standards and quality are consistently met
- Mentor and guide employees to improve skills and productivity
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
