Mate/Engineer 30m SY- Med/Caribbean

We are seeking a Mate/Engineer to join a 30m Sailing Yacht currently based in Italy. This is an exciting position for a hands‑on, proactive candidate with strong engineering expertise and solid sailing experience.

The Role

You will play a key part onboard, supporting both deck operations and engineering systems. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean with the owner in June/July, followed by a yard period in August/September to prepare for a winter season cruising the Caribbean.

• Now: Italy (yard period)
• June/July: Mediterranean cruising with owner
• Winter: Caribbean season

Responsibilities
