Material Manager

We are looking for a Material Manager to oversee procurement, material tracking, and logistics support for depot‑level maintenance operations at the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC).

The Material Manager will work closely with maintenance planning teams, contractors, and the Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) to ensure that all material requirements are met efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and coordinate procurement orders for planned and emergent material requirements necessary for depot‑level maintenance.
• Provide technical research and logistical support to Waterfront Operations (WFO) maintenance planning teams to meet mission requirements.
• Review contractor material requirements for technical and administrative accuracy, rejecting requests that do not align with established procedures.
