Ensurese2e process of material supply on-time in-full, from ordering to the delivery ,while optimizing order size and minimizing obsoletes.
OwnsMRP (Material Resource Planning) parameter management (Master Data),consolidates cross-category requirements, and proactively addresses MRPexceptions in accordance with the production plan.
Identifiesmaterial sourcing risks and opportunities proactively, promptly escalatescritical issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders +develops commensurate actions to solve the problems once that risksmaterialize.
Supportson the material inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies,tracking and managing slow-movers, monitoring obsoletes and executing safetystock strategy (internally and externally).
