M&E Manager / Director (A1 Construction)

Our client is a well-established MNC within the construction and engineering sector, known for delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for M&E Manager / Director , in hopes of strengthening project delivery and technical leadership capabilities. They are located in the (Central) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Mechanical & Electrical functions across head office and project sites, ensuring alignment with corporate targets for revenue, project delivery, and profitability
• Plan and monitor tender activities including design development, technical specifications, and evaluation of subcontractor quotations
• Oversee preparation and submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements in accordance with project timelines
