We’re looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of Birmingham projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in cost management who’s ready to take ownership of key commercial duties and progress within a high‑performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cost reporting – Prepare detailed cost plans, forecasts, and financial updates.
Measurement & BOQs – Produce accurate quantities and tender documentation.
Procurement – Assess subcontractor quotations and lead tender analyses.
