Opportunity Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Join our Hospital team as a Mechanic Engineer. In this role you will
+ Operate and maintain stationary engines, mechanical equipment, compressors, generators, and steam boilers to ensure the provision of utilities such as lighting, heating, power, refrigeration, air conditioning, and other essential services for the hospital.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with patients, visitors, and fellow staff members.
+ Work independently with minimal supervision and provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced facilities staff.
+ Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, equipment maintenance, and safety testing.
Schedule: 40-hour work week follows a 4-10 schedule. On call every fourth weekend.
