Mechanical and Environmental Test Engineer

**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for an **Environmental Test Engineer** to support and lead testing programs for components and systems developed for key account projects in ourNewark, CA laboratory.

In this role, you will design and execute test plans to evaluate product performance, durability, and reliability under a range of thermal, vibration, humidity, and environmental conditions, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, preparing detailed technical reports, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, actionable results.
