Job Description / Role and Responsibilities Join a leading industrial automation manufacturer to head the production of next-generation material handling systems. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to assemble high-quality conveyor machinery and related mechanical equipment. You will collaborate closely with plant leadership and project management to ensure projects are completed with technical precision in a fast-paced environment. Lead a team of 13 mechanical assemblers, providing guidance on daily production goals and quality standards. Execute the mechanical assembly of complex conveyor systems and related material handling equipment from start to finish. Interpret engineering blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise component alignment and placement.
