Mechanical & Electrical Manager (M&E) (MRT Project)

Responsible for all M&E Construction Activities on site reporting to Project Manager.

Manage construction activities and progress independently.

Coordination and supervision of M&E Works.

Liaise with M&E Consultants.

Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.

Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc, for the establishment of the design deliverales requirements for submission.

Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.

Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
