Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor on-site construction site works involving mechanical systems.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, operation, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems and plumbing .
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for mechanical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, plans, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with mechanical design standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
- Guide and support site technicians and contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
- Provide progress updates and resolve technical/site-related issues.
Qualifications
- Registered Mechanical Engineer (PRC license required).
