Opportunity Description
As an Advanced Engineer in Advanced Solutions Business Unit’s Mechanical Engineering Organization, this role will be working as a multi-disciplinary Engineer in Research & Development (R&D) department on advanced technology platforms for next generation high speed, high precision automated semiconductor assembly equipment.
Overview Develop, model, test, and validate system and subsystem performance for high‑speed, high‑precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment, from feasibility through mass production. Collaborate cross‑functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to define interfaces, execute test standards, and resolve issues through root‑cause analysis. Design test programs, analysis tools, and proof‑of‑concept fixtures to support new product development, performance optimization, and engineering‑to‑production transitions.
