Mechanical Engineer

You will lead the design and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Design and coordinate M&E building services to meet project standards.
• Consult with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed tender drawings and cost estimation.
• Review shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation of project.
• Attend / conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection carried out to the systems by contractors.
• Manage Contract Administration.
• Coordinate and attend site inspections with clients upon project completion.
