Mechanical Estimator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Dartford.

The business is continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across commercial fit-out, residential and shell & core projects, creating an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within a dynamic team.

The Role:

* Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from first principles

* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

* Supporting the pre-construction team on bids and tenders

* Working closely with commercial and operational teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services

* Strong knowledge of mechanical packages and market rates
