Role details:
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our West Croydon Glass Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 7am – 3.30pm, working a 9-day fortnight. Working in the Production Maintenance Department and reporting to the Production Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our production can run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Perform mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, and respond to breakdowns.
- Diagnose faults and problem‑solve independently.
- Assist with machine set up for Job Changeover process.
- Working with the production & manufacturing teams to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
