Opportunity Description
About the Role:
EPS Group are actively recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter. In your role as Fitter for the Service and Repairs division you will be responsible for the installation and service of mechanical equipment on our water and wastewater contracting sites along with some of our Industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out mechanical installation and service of all types of pumps, blowers, screens, gearboxes and other mechanical assets in the water and wastewater industry
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant operations and be able to carry out routine planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
- Clearly identify mechanical faults and identify how to resolve the fault, including identifying parts required
