ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing the Mechanical maintenance, control and supervise employees and to ensure subordinates adhere to standard practices. Furthermore, ensures efficiency of processing equipment and to supply and satisfy the requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To plan, coordinate, and execute daily mechanical maintenance activities to achieve maintenance targets and production goals.
• Organize resources, materials, tools, and manpower to ensure efficient job execution and minimal downtime.
• To lead, direct, and motivate the Mechanical Maintenance team to deliver high-quality work, cost savings, and excellent customer service.
• Communicate maintenance plans, safety requirements, and business information clearly to shop-floor teams.
• Monitor, control, and evaluate team performance, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards.
