Mechanical Project Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our growing team and support the delivery of water industry projects across the UK. You’ll work closely with Project and Site Managers throughout the full project lifecycle — from design and build through to commissioning — with a mix of site work, office tasks and home working.

This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical experience in the water sector who can ensure safe, efficient and high quality project delivery.

What will your day look like...

• Manage mechanical engineering activities across design, build and commissioning phases.
• Provide progress updates to the Project Manager against programme and budget.
• Review and contribute to mechanical method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation.
• Prepare mechanical subcontractor scopes and ensure materials and equipment are correctly specified and procured.
