Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project in Derby . This is a long-term opportunity with 6 months of work initially and additional projects lined up for the right person. Duties & Responsibilities: Day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on a healthcare site Managing mechanical subcontractors and direct labour Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme Coordinating with the main contractor, site teams, and other trades Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager SSSTS (Essential) Strong understanding of mechanical services within healthcare environments Ability to manage labour, progress, and site documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills What's on Offer: 6 months guaranteed work Further work to follow on upcoming projects Competitive rate (DOE) Stable, well-run project with a pr...
