Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre . Duties: Supervising mechanical works on site Managing mechanical subcontractors and labour Overseeing installation of: Air Handling Units (AHUs) HVAC systems BMS interfaces Sprinkler systems Kitchen & catering mechanical services Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification Coordinating with site management and other trades Requirements: Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out) SSSTS - essential Relevant mechanical trade/supervisory qualifications Strong H&S awareness41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
