Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with international teams (Germany, Spain, India) across support, development, and after-sales departments to resolve technical matters and share knowledge
- Assist service technicians during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines and systems
- Provide technical support to U.S. based customers via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Accurately document service tickets and maintain records in the CRM system
- Communicate with customers regarding the status and progress of their service tickets
- Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer machinery to identify and resolve errors
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field or equivalent, with strong technical aptitude
