Job Description:
The Contractor, Medical Education & Grants is responsible for overseeing processes and systems essential to the compliant and efficient execution of and Global Medical Education plans. This role supports the delivery of impactful independent medical education programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational strategy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end grants process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and applicable guidelines (, PhRMA, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act).

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of and Global Medical Education strategies.

Oversee the grants management system, including creation, tracking, and reporting of program timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
