Opportunity Description
As a Medical Care Associate, you'll provide excellent on-site support for our medical account by handling patient and provider inquiries, explaining billing and claims clearly, resolving issues quickly, and documenting interactions accurately while following guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer healthcare-related questions with empathy and expertise
- Assist with billing, claims, and insurance inquiries
- Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain precise records of all interactions
Qualifications
- Graduate of Medical Allied courses (preferably BSN, Pharmacy, or Physical Therapy) – with or without experience
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
- Open to shifting/night schedules
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start ASAP
