Our Client, a Medical Devices / Healthcare company, is looking for a Medical Education Coordinator for their Jacksonville, FL location.

- 50 Coordinating and submitting the documentation for all meetings.
- 25 Reconcile all payments to and from client with outside vendors for programs and meetings.
- 10 Coordinate special meetings and events.
- 5 Work with cadaver vendors to secure resources for labs.
- 10 General clerical duties
- 100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)
- Individual percent's should be greater than or equal to 5%.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions.
