Position: Medical Imaging Scheduler
Location: Berkeley/Oakland
Shift: Day shift Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Summary:
Supports a high-volume medical imaging department by managing inbound calls, scheduling patients, and coordinating imaging services across modalities including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, and bone densitometry. Responsible for work queue and incoming order management, patient registration, insurance verification, and authorization processing. Conducts outbound calls to reduce scheduling backlog and improve patient access. Provides instructions to patients, gathers required documentation, and coordinates prior imaging retrieval. Handles patient inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates as needed. Maintains accurate records and supports clerical operations while collaborating with technologists, physicians, and leadership to improve workflow efficie...
