MEDICAL OFFICER, ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• To attend and treat patients who present to the A&E Services
• To identify patients who need further referral and treatment to consultant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure compliance with the termed Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
• To attend all patients.
• Physical examination.
• Investigation to support the diagnosis.
• Consultation and appropriate treatment.
• Referral to Specialist if necessary.
• Admit patient to ward if necessary.
• Fill up the necessary forms to enable patients to seek treatment.
• To attend to all emergency cases in the ward until the arrival of Specialist.
• To do pre‑employment Medical Surveillance for the Panel Companies if needed.
• To complete medical reports for patients when required.
• To assist and participate in staff training program, if necessary, in A&E.
