Position Overview

• This role plays a key role in supporting medical record retrieval efforts for quality, compliance, and risk adjustment programs. The position is primarily remote, focused on accessing electronic medical records (EMR) using secure systems. From time to time, onsite retrieval assignments may be required based on project needs


• The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and able to manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA requirements.
