The Position

• This Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role is an individual contributor within Medical Affairs who provides scientific and functional leadership to the MSL team. This position does not have line management responsibilities and does not include people management activities such as performance appraisal hiring or compensation decisions.

• The role serves as a scientific role model and trusted internal advisor ensuring excellence in non promotional scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders (SLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) s while contributing to Medical Affairs strategy capability development and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

External Scientific Engagement:

• Build and maintain high level non promotional peer to peer relationships with SLs and KDMs serving as a scientific counterpart.
