About the role
This role provides high-quality transcription and administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery, with accurate documentation completed within target timeframes.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
* transcribing dictated documentation using transcription software, ensuring timely and accurate turnaround
* completing transcription tasks within agreed timeframes and uploading or dispatching documents to the correct stakeholders promptly
* reviewing spelling, grammar, and formatting of transcribed documents to ensure accuracy and high quality
