Opportunity Description
We’re hiring a trusted coordinator to own member communications between US-based clients, the Executive Director, and the leadership team. This is not a passive role—it’s about ownership, clarity, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks and meeting follow-ups.
- Own the end-to-end membership lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, renewals, and offboarding.
- Engage members, resolve concerns, and close the loop with clear, timely updates.
- Coordinate across members, the Executive Director, and leadership team to move actions forward.
- Ensure updates are organized, on time, and well‑documented.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and shared docs; track concerns and elevate risks early.
