Member Journey & Growth Analyst

Role Overview

Planet Fitness operates a connected digital ecosystem across a mobile app, website, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and in-club member platforms across 50 clubs nationwide.

The Member Journey & Growth Analyst is responsible for analysing member behaviour and optimising the member lifecycle journey to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and membership upgrades. This role ensures that marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and member journeys are data-driven, measurable, and continuously optimised .

The role works closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Engineering teams to translate behavioural data into insights that improve the overall member experience and business growth .
