Opportunity Description
As a Member Solutions Consultant, you'll lead engaging interactions in a busy contact centre. Your focus is to understand member needs to provide positive experiences and appropriate resolutions that help members make the right decisions.
The Role
In this position, you'll take ownership of customer enquiries, identifying underlying causes and providing education on superannuation products and obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering appropriate solutions by guiding members through various options and referring them to other business areas as required.
Navigating multiple digital systems to maintain accurate records while adhering to risk and compliance frameworks.
Participating in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through a dedicated learning pathway.
