The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice as a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager to join our Karachi office, supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. The role has a Transaction Tax Advisory (M&A) focus. In addition to helping clients understand and address the tax implications of the transactions that are strategically important to them such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructurings or initial public offerings.
